May 24th, UPDATE:
According to Marshall County DHR Worker Kristi Smith our Nina was caught shoplifting at Sears, whether or not Nina was actually arrested is unclear according to Kristi, accordingly Nina stole as she had insufficient clothing.
 SOOO...this worker did REWARD our Nina for shoplifting with a Money Voucher for clothing.
?What would a parent have done?
???Is this in the best interest of the child???

Judge Liles Burke now REFUSES to allow DHR to pay for Buddist Classes which were found to exist in GEORGIA by the Parent or even allow the parent to pay for the classes...Termination of Rights is now begining as well as threats of Criminal Charges being filed  against the parent over the missing child who is once again in DHR custody.

OCT. 21st, 2009 UPDATE:
Police were NOT notified by CPS/DHR about this  child missing until Tues Oct 13th!!!  And only after my insistance.  There is another child Missing as well...from the information given to us Sunday Oct 18th...The other child missing is a 17 yr old FEMALE Nicholos Deeshay Daniele...the officer was unsure which was the child's last name....CPS/DHR keeps sending the police to MY house instead of putting our pictures to do a real search.  Police said they have seen this video.
